We place all levels of attorneys from associate to partner and we also coordinate the relocation and placement of practice groups.

As part of your placement process, we will meet with you to discuss your career goals and prepare a customized placement plan for you. We will use our professional and personal contacts at firms to ensure your candidacy is considered and will coordinate every step of the placement process on your behalf. From editing and revision of your resume/curriculum vitae, to submission of your application materials, coordination of the interview process, and presentation of offers and negotiation of terms, Sustained will serve as your agent and advocate throughout the entire process.
